- Friendly Staff — Friendly staff can make or break a coffee shop
- Customers — If you can keep a shop busy, people will come

- Fresh Roasted Coffee Beans – almost no coffee shops in Saudi Arabia with roasters
- Consistency
- Great Ingredients
- Great Presentation — Latte Art means you are doing a handfull of things right
- Give ‘em What They Want
