Google introduces Offline Gmail

Google introduced “Offline Gmail” which allows you to access all of your Gmail content without connecting to the Internet. To enable it go to “Settings” then “Labs” then choose “Enable” in the “Offline” section. You need to install Google Gears which can be installed on most operating systems and web browsers.

Google finally adds IMAP support

IMAP, or Internet Message Access Protocol, which is a whole lot better than POP3 is finally available on your GMail account! Check out the Google Help Docs regarding IMAP and the supported clients! Its about time, now I can access my GMail from my iPhone without using that annoying thing we call POP.
