Website thinks that Saudis are spammers

Trying to access Brainstorms and Raves gets me forwarded to this inexistent page: http://212.138.47.17/DISGUSTING/SPAMMERS/GO/AWAY/.
What a shame, I really wanted to check that website out. I’m trying to contact the owner, Shirley Kaiser and get this fixed.

  • The problem is in PROXY, if someone in SA hacked website the website will log his IP, the IP is proxy’s IP, so the website will block th IP and some websites share the IPs to avoid hacks
The same problem appear in DNS Stuff also.

I’m using Aramco Home Internet and don’t have this problem because no one tried to hacking.

I was contacted the website owner with link to this post.

  • Well, it appears to be very random too, works after a few refreshes.
I contacted the site as well.

  • Please be assured that I’m not trying to ban ANY specific country. Unfortunately that same filter message that you emailed me was used for a number of spammer bans I’d placed; however, I just individualized the ban filters, so if this does happen again (hopefully it won’t!), please email me that filter message again and I can then narrow it to a specific ban filter. I’m working diligently on refining my filters to prevent false positives.

Sorry for the problem and any inconvenience. I really appreciate you letting me know this so that I can create more accurate filters. I only want to ban spammers and those trying to hack my server, etc.
