Will “American Dad” Define the Saudis for Us?

Published on December 16, 2005 by in General
Media misrepresentation of Saudi Arabia is legend. A Frontpage.com article by Chris Weikopf, who also writes for the Los Angeles Daily News, began: “Saudi bashing has become the new sport in Washington and with good reason.” What Wiekopf was really saying was that it’s not only OK to “bash” an entire nation/ethnic group but it is also “good.” Put any other country or group in the “Saudi” word space and the writer would be rightfully accused of racism.

I downloaded the two episodes. They are disappointing. If I were less lazy and busy (hah! yes, those two can interrelate in my world), I’d start a whole thing against those two episodes. they’re really horrible on saudi’s behalf, you have no idea. v__v

allah ya5ithhoum, is one thing i can say. the show is stupid too. Family Guy isn’t so bad, but they had to go make American Dad, the same creators, similar characters, and i think same network and they air back-to-back i think, but i’m not sure. bleh. stuibs.
